As you begin your jiu jitsu journey with us, please familiarize yourself with our white belt to blue belt curriculum. These are the fundamental building blocks of your jiu jitsu. You will notice two pages. The first page details the self defense concepts you will learn from white belt to blue belt. The second page details the ground curriculum you will learn from white to blue belt.
